Jason Mills is a dynamic writer, director, and editor with an impressive portfolio of 17 feature films. As the founder of Millspictures Studios, an award-winning film and videography company based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Jason has a proven track record of creating high-quality, low-budget films with fast turnaround times.
From a young age, Jason was captivated by filmmaking, using his dad’s old video camera to create mini-movies starring his friends. This early passion led him to pursue further education in filmmaking, attending workshops and classes to hone his skills.
In 2009, Jason directed his first low-budget horror feature film, “They Came from the Attic” (also known as “Above Us Lives Evil”), which was acquired by Lionsgate UK and is now distributed by Chemical Burn Entertainment in the USA and Canada. This initial success paved the way for a prolific career in filmmaking.
Jason’s unique approach to low-budget filmmaking has garnered attention from fans and critics alike, leading to features in well-known magazines such as Fangoria and Starburst. His consistency and ability to rapidly produce and assemble films set him apart in the industry.
Beyond filmmaking, Jason has a thriving YouTube channel with over 115,000 subscribers, where he shares his insights and experiences with a global audience. His dedication to videography is evident in his work with various companies on commercial and personal projects, ranging from business advertising to music and wedding videos.
As an instructor at Delta Film Academy in Ladner, Delta, BC, Jason is committed to mentoring the next generation of filmmakers. He brings his passion for storytelling and his belief in the power of filmmaking to inspire and guide aspiring actors and crew members.

Acting Coach and Mentor
Kiana Mills is an invaluable member of the Delta Film Studios Team and a driving force behind our feature film project. With a distinguished graduation from Vancouver Acting School and over a decade of experience in the industry, Kiana brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team.
Kiana's extensive background in music and film & TV, combined with her dynamic performance skills, make her an exceptional mentor for aspiring actors. Her journey in the entertainment world began with a win at The BC Junior Talent Search, leading to performances alongside icons like Carrie Underwood, Reba McEntire, and Johnny Reid at the Merritt Mountain Music Festival.
As an actor, Kiana has starred in numerous films and commercials, gaining invaluable on-screen experience. Behind the camera, she has been a pivotal part of the production team at Millspictures Productions for the past 10 years, honing her skills in various facets of filmmaking.
Currently serving as the Office/Bookings Manager for MP Studios, Kiana seamlessly blends her business acumen with her artistic talents. Her ability to guide and inspire makes her an ideal coach for our actors, helping them bring their characters to life and achieve their full potential.

Garnet’s career in media production spans over 20 years, during which he has produced 10 feature films and directed 2. He has taught film production at the Delta Film Academy for 15 years, nurturing the next generation of filmmakers. His portfolio includes working with high-profile clients like Pepsi International and EA Games,
Garnet’s expertise extends into Web 3 technologies. He and his project Paarka were selected for the prestigious Apollo Fellowship, recognized as a winning project among hundreds of submissions.
